There is the option to
have a replacement Cambelt Date on the vehicle record within CRM.
This works similar
to the last service date but there is no frequency only number of weeks.
To enter in a cambelt date you will need to do the following:
- Click CRM
- Click Customer/Prospect
- Click Current Vehicle (or you can go via the customer code)
- Click on Amend
- Enter the Cambelt Date into the field provided

- This is the date when the cambelt was last changed; this date will be updated from the workshop job if the cambelt tick box is ticked on the job header screen)

- A scheduled
letter can be set up in CRM to send a reminder letter out so many weeks before
or after the cambelt change date
