Letter Signatories

You can select which Salesperson you would like as the letter signatory (also the next contact type)

• Customer Salesman

• Vehicle Salesman

You can Select this option on the Sales and Service Letters:

• The Customer Salesperson which is held on the customer tab
• The Vehicle Salesperson which is held on the vehicle tab
• OR Assign a Salesperson from the list

On 'Prospect' or 'General' Letter you have the options of the following:

• The Customer Salesperson which is held on the customer tab
• OR  Assign a Salesperson from the list
