Stop Booking reminders being sent

The 'Booking Reminder' extract runs at 10am everyday apart from Saturday.

At this point the system will pick up all jobs that are booked in on the following day and send an SMS Reminder to the customer.

To Stop this from happening (e.g. If a job has been carried forward until the next day but the vehicle is already with you)  you can change the main job status.

• Click Workshop
• Click Job
• Enter the Job Number
• 
  
• With the job on screen click on status

2.       Select one of the options from the drop down list for set Main Job Status

3.       Once you want to change this back click on status again and change to Booked

4.       If the jobs are booked on a future date, they will not be sent a reminder till the day before they are due in.
