Conditional Search to Excel Spreadsheet

To export information out of CRM to CSV format you can do the following:
- Click CRM
- Click Conditional Search
- Do the search as you require
- When you are asked for the 'Output Method', Select ASCII
- You will then need to give it a Filename
- Once you have entered a Filename, Continue through the search as normal
Depending on how your system is set up, the file will be saved in one of the following directories (normally on the p:\):
- peak\a
- peak\custfiles
- peak\csvfiles
