You can sign into the Peak Portal in 3 different ways:
- Via the Help buttons in Peak
- Through the Peak Portal Website https://portal.peaksoftware.co.uk/helpdesk/User/Login
- Through the Help and Log in Drop down menu
Enter the username or email address for your account followed by the password
Ensure that 'Remember Me' is ticked
