Sales/Franchise Profitability Report
A comprehensive range of management reports is available including
Sales/Franchise profitability and Sales/Salesman Performance report.
Vehicle transactions can be printed and form part of an audit trail.
Outstanding Debtors/Creditors and Stock Valuation can be printed and are needed by the accounts department to reconcile to the nominal control accounts.

Sales/Franchise Profitability Report |
Detail of sales by Make Group, showing stock and registration number, purchase and book value, sales price ex VAT, accessory sales and profit. Useful for the accounts department to reconcile to the relevant P&L account. |
To print off this report you need to do the following:
- Click Car Sales
- Click Reports
- Click Month End Reports
- Click Sales/Franchise Profitability Report
- Click OK
- If you are in a split period then you will need to select the 'Period to Use'
- Click OK
- Select the printer you want the to be sent to
- Click Print
- It will then process through the vehicles, if you need to Abandon the print then you can do so by clicking the Abandon Print button
The report will print the following (franchise will vary depending on your system setup)
