PDF Printing will allow you to save printouts you would normally do but as a file on your PC. There are a few reasons why you would do this
  • To archive documents to future reference
  • Reduce the amount of paper and ink you use
  • To email documents to people
  • For audit purposes
  • and many more......
You will need to have a PDF printer installed (most PC's now come with Microsoft XPS Document Writer or Microsoft Print to PDF), there are other PDF writers which you can use like Cute PDF.
You will also need a PDF reader installed i.e. Adobe Reader or XPS Reader.
(if you need these installing, please speak to our software or hardware department and they can get this installed for you)
