A change has been made to the booking requests function.
As well as seeing the requests that have been sent from the customers and the outcomes once you have updated the requests, there is a new tab called Calls
If you select this tab it will show all customers that have been sent the automated calls whether they have responded or not and what happened to the call e.g. gone to answer phone
You can change the Contact Period using the dropdown box to view different time lines
You can change the contact Type to select SRV&MOT Loyalty Driver etc.
There are several different Statuses for the calls, most are self-explanatory but this is the reason for the others
Listened – The customer has listened to the answer machine message
Unanswered – the call wasn’t answered but there was no answer machine to leave a message
Failed 99 – Invalid number
None – couldn’t contact the number
