Loan Car

The Peak Motorline Loan Car Add On is based around our Casual Hire module. 

Vehicles brought into the hire module via purchase or transfer from Vehicle Management can be used by the Service department as Loan Cars.

Tracking of users is a simple touch of a button and all costs incurred can be posted directly through the vehicle to the Purchase Ledger.

A vehicle can be loaned for any number of days during which it will not be available for any other loan.  If, however, it is returned early it immediately becomes available.

Once a vehicle has completed its Loan Car period, it can be transferred back to Vehicle Management for sale.

Because you will have the full Casual Hire Module you will be able to utilise this if you do Car Hire as part of your business, however for the purposes of this documentation, only setups and instructions required for the Service Loan Car Add-On will be documented.
