Reversing a Confirmed Sale

If a vehicle sale has been confirmed and then there is a problem with the deal, the following steps should be followed:

1. Click on Buy Used to bring the vehicle back in to stock
2. Enter the registration number and confirm Yes to ‘Vehicle Registration exists’ and confirm Yes to ‘Vehicle details from follow up correct’.
3. Enter the purchase price which will be the same as what you sold it for on the original deal that was incorrect.
4. Receive the vehicle into stock and then proceed as normal.
