There are 2 reasons what would cause this message to appear:


1. The vehicle hasn’t been received into stock yet: There will be a 'Receive' button at the bottom of the screen. If you Click on this you will be presented with the screen below, check and confirm the details and Click on Save



2. If the vehicle is a part exchange and the sale of the new car the customer is purchasing hasn’t been confirmed then you need to do this.
