Change Accounts on Workshop Jobs

If you need to change an account on a workshop job i.e. for Retail, Internal or Warranty types you can do this as long as the job has not been invoiced

  • Click Workshop
  • Click Job
  • Click the Pre Invoice tab (it is along the middle of the job cards with Items, Parts tabs etc)
  • Click into Accounts at the bottom of the page
  • You can then enter the relevant accounts for each type required


NOTE: You should never change the Sales Acc. On the Customer Tab for Internal or Warranty or Insurance work, this is used for Retail work only, if you require Warranty or Internal accounts then these are entered when the item lines and parts are added (or as above in the Pre Invoice tab after the items and parts are added)
