Change Date on Workshop Job

Sometimes you may be required, for whatever reason to redate a job

To do this you will need to do the following:

  • Click Workshop
  • Click Job
  • Enter the Job Number
  • Click on Redate 
  • If it says ‘not allowed job not dated today’ you need to check the date in the very top right hand corner of the Peak screen. You then need to log into Peak on that day and redate the job. (Remember to log out and back in again on the correct date)
    • Click File
    • Click Change Date
    • Enter required Date
    • Click OK

If it says ‘not allowed invalid job status’ you need to suspend the job and enter the correct date.

  • Go into the job
  • Click Progress
  • Click Suspend
  • Enter the Required Date

If the wrong date has been entered at end of week and all jobs are showing on the wrong day. You can either restore the backup from before the end of week has been done or redate the jobs back manually. NOTE: Restoring the Backup will mean that anything entered in the whole system since the backup will need re entering in to the Peak System.
