Restarting Gearbox/Parts link

When parts are not updating in the Peak jobs and Gearbox you can stop and restart the task as follows:

• You will access to the Main Server (speak to your System Administrator)
• Once logged you will need to go into Task Scheduler (this is normally found in Control Panel>Administrative Tools but does depending on the Operating System of the server)
• When in the 'Task Schedule' program you will need to do the following:
• Double Click Task Scheduler Library
• Double Click Peak Tasks
• Go to the task that says ‘Gearbox’ then right click and click ‘End’ say Yes to 'Do you want to end all instances of this task?'
• The Task Status will now show as 'Ready'
• Right click the 'Gearbox' task again and click ‘Run’ 
• The Task Status will now show as 'Running'

The parts should then be forced through for previous jobs which you can check
