Confirming the Sale of a Vehicle
How to confirm a sale of a vehicle:
- Click into Car Sales
- Click into Stock Management
- Enter the Stock Number
- Click on Sales at the bottom of the screen
- Click on Sell
- Click on Confirm Sale
- Confirm the values showing are correct on the Sales Screen - If not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- Confirm the DFA's are correct - If not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- Confirm the Customer details are correct - if not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- Confirm the Finance Details are correct - If not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- If there is a PX then this screen will be presented, Check everything is OK - If not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- Click OK through the supplier of the PX - if not click Exit
- If they are, Click OK
- Vehicle Sale Complete? Click Yes (This is your final check required, if you click Yes then you will not be able to reverse this)
- Put Details on Follow Up System? Click Yes (unless it is someone you don't woant on there i.e. Trade sales)
