In the Peak Portal you will need to do the following:
- Category What part of the system you are using/in
- Priority [Low, Normal, High, Critical]
- Subject This is a a brief description of the query
- Ticket Details Enter
what the issue is along with reference numbers, stock numbers, etc, as much
information as you can get from the customer to help solve the query quickly
You can copy and paste screen prints onto the ticket
OR
You can
add any attachments or a screen capture video by clicking on
- Closure Reason This will be filled out by Peak Support so this can be left blank
- Advanced Options This isn't required so you can bypass this option
Once you have entered everything then you can click
A screen will be displayed with a ticket number and the details of your query
